Messaging

Whatever the agent cannot settle on its own reaches your team, sorted and summarised. You answer once: the agent gives the answer to the customer on their next call, or calls them back to deliver it.

The full loop

From the customer's request to their answer, with nobody on the phone

An answering machine stops at the message. Messaging goes all the way: the agent is the one who brings your answer back to the customer.

1. The agent takes the request

A quote, a complaint, an exception, a customer who wants to talk to someone: the agent promises it to the customer and files a clear request, with the deadline it announced and a link to the conversation.

2. Your team answers

One request at a time, from the Messaging inbox. The AI already drafts an answer when the conversation holds it; you approve it or write your own.

3. The agent delivers it

On the customer's next call, the agent gives them your answer unprompted. Or it calls them back, at a time that suits them and within your opening hours.

For your team

An inbox that tells you what to handle first

Not a pile of voicemails to listen to: summarised requests, sorted by what the customer was promised.

The agent calls the customer back

Sorted by promised deadline

What was promised to the customer comes first, the nearest deadline on top. Late requests are flagged, and so are urgent ones.

A drafted answer

When the answer is in the conversation, the AI writes it for you. It stays a clearly labelled suggestion until a person approves it.

Three ways to close

The agent calls the customer back, someone took care of it, or nothing will be done. Every request says clearly who owns the follow-up.

Assign to a colleague

Hand a request to the right person so everyone quickly finds what is theirs.

E-mail digest

Your team receives the list of open requests on the schedule you choose. Nothing is sent when there is nothing to handle.

Only what matters

An inbox that does not fill up for nothing

Most calls ask nothing of your team. The agent files at most one request per conversation, and only when it needs a person.

For your team

A decision, a price, an exception, a complaint, a customer asking for a human: anything the agent should not decide on your behalf.

For the agent

"Call me back tonight, I'm driving": a call back the agent can make itself is scheduled by the agent, without cluttering your team's inbox.
